The Regular Meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Fargo, North Dakota,  
was held in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall at 5:00 o'clock p.m., Monday, July 6,  
2026.  
A.  
Pledge of Allegiance.  
The Mayor invited everyone to join him in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.  
B.  
Roll Call.  
Commissioner Nikki Gullickson, Commissioner John Strand,  
Commissioner Chad Peterson, Commissioner Michelle Turnberg and  
Commissioner Josh Boschee  
Present:  
Mayor Boschee presiding.  
Judge Dawson and Judge Webb swore in the newly-elected members to the Board: Mayor  
Boschee, Commissioner Gullickson and Commissioner Peterson.

Approve Order of Agenda.  
Commissioner Peterson moved, second by Commissioner Strand to approve the Order  
of the Agenda moving Item Nos. "16" and "17" to the Regular Agenda. All the  
Commissioners voted aye and the motion was declared carried.  
D.  
Minutes (Regular Meeting, June 22, 2026).  
Commissioner Turnberg moved, second by Commissioner Strand to approve the  
Minutes. All the Commissioners voted aye and the motion was declared carried.  
Consent Agenda:  
Commissioner Gullickson moved, second by Commissioner Turnberg to approve the Consent  
Agenda moving Item Nos. "16" and "17" to the Regular Agenda. All the Commissioners voted  
aye and the motion was declared carried.
